Week 272

Well by golly. This is a LIST. I started a prep list below but I didn't do a super deep dive into timing, because I know this will not be a comprehensive list for most of you. I hope that between that list and the headnotes, you'll be able to see where you could get ahead for the big day. Mckenzie, who helps me write some of the recipes around here, worked on this pie via Sarah Kieffer and when I distributed the extras to neighbors and friends, it got RAVE reviews! It's a lot of dirty dishes, but if you have chocolate folks around, it's worth it!

Honestly, our family is doing Italian food. A charcuterie plate, bolognese, two salads, garlic bread and an olive oil cake. It's a small group of us this year and we all decided if we are doing the whole turkey and mashed potatoes for Christmas as well, we could change it up for this holiday. Wishing you some time off with your families and a good time in the kitchen. We will have a week of favorited repeats next week while I catch up on menus and you are hopefully eating leftover turkey sandwiches ;)

I do love thinking ahead and planning with you all, so don't hesitate to reach out via email (sara@sproutedkitchen.com ) or via Instagram DM (@sk_cookingclub) if I can help at all.

Cheers!
