Have you recovered? Thank you for those who shared your SKCC Thanksgiving items online! I love seeing the photos of ya'll making this food! This week, I pulled some favorites that feel nourishing and different from the thanksgiving foods we've been talking about for weeks. A very satisfying salad, an easy taco that the kids like too, a pot of soup for the coldest night and some French toast that we just remembered to bring back into the rotation (there has been a lot of Trader Joes hash browns with avocado and while I love those, time for something different). We're spending the weekend getting holiday decor out, reading, seeing some friends and waiting for my new niece to make her arrival (!!!). I hope you are kicking off festivities and taking a break from the kitchen if you need it.
