We have a few Valentines bits on here for those of you looking to plan ahead. The adults in the house really enjoyed this cod dish, but our wee people would prefer pizza in a festive shape. All parties were happy about the parfaits! Maybe if you celebrate with the family or with your girlfriends or have neighbor kids over that afternoon, you'll have something fun to share. I also included two favorite soup/stews because a) it's cold and b) we're heading to Utah for the long weekend for some ski time with cousins and I am making these to have at the cabin to warm up after freezing on the slopes! Hope you are doing something special to celebrate people you love this next week. I have bags of MnM Valentines for school and am hoping to batch some of my favorite salad dressings to pass to girlfriends. Ha, I would, but you know you'd find that more useful than more candy! ;)
