Happy Friday, friends! My love for Greek salads has been going for a few years. I made a great one for Superbowl last weekend and had a super quick one for lunch today. I included our SKCC one on the menu this week because it really does hit the spot. I also tried my hand at Indian Butter Chicken and not having much experience with all their diverse spices, I'll be curious what you think! If you'd rather do heavy cream than coconut milk, by all means go for it. Here is a link for the kashmiri chili powder, and I'm sure it will be at larger spice shops or online. The citrus cake has had three rounds of tests here and while oranges and meyer lemons are in abundance this time of year, add it to your list! It's excellent with coffee or for snacking or can be dressed up with whipping cream for dessert.

We are going to be in Brianhead, Utah this long weekend for some ski and snowboard time with family (haven't been since high school so send your good juju that I don't injure myself). I prepped our Butternut Turkey Chili to have up there and am hoping to get a batch of Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies if there is time this evening! Hope you have time for rest and good company.
