Week 290

This is a big one, my friends! First off, in a fog of shreddy meat confusion, we posted the wrong photo for the Korean beef last week. That is/was this week’s brisket, the pictures have been swapped, and side by side you will see that they are long cooked, lacquered twin sisters. Sorry! The recipes are in the right place so that’s what counts. You will see that we posted a double week, because with Easter and Spring break at different times for people, I figured this would allow for folks to plan ahead or get behind and catch up, respectfully. There will not be another menu posted next week. We move around for Easter, so sometimes it’s breakfast or early dinner and we have options for both here. I will definitely be remaking the strawberry tiramisu because that was a HIT! Two or three layers, either way, it’s light but still decadent and delicious! I hope you have at least a few days off in these next few weeks, and have a moment to share a meal with family and friends. If you need any help at all with your menu or planning, please reach out!
