The recipes this week are from my friend Sarah Adler’s new book Simply Real Eating. I thought this was a good way to kick off the new year, as her recipes are produce filled, simple, and quick. Just like we all like around here. She is a nutritionist and health coach, and her book is full of tips and quick meals to feed yourself well.

I took liberties to change a few things here to taste, but the recipes are originally inspired from her book.
