Week 74

You guys are going to love this sauce - it’s perhaps my favorite. I’ve made it so often the past couple weeks I resorted to a Costco size jar of roasted peppers and it’s, well, a LOT of peppers. This week, we’re using one sauce, and repurposing it a bit each meal. Once as a baguette pizza base, in a taco-ish situation and mixed with tahini and falafels. I’ve also put it on eggs, just as dip with veggies, it is great inside a grilled cheese or along a basic piece of protein.

I have been asked for more details on the prep-hour we always list here, so I’ll put a few story clips up on IG on Sunday to set us up for the week. On Monday, my friend and neighbor Lauren is coming over and we’re going to do an IG Live (around 12:30pm PST) to make the sauce and falafel and chit chat about making meal time efficient and answer any questions etc. Join us!
