Week 76

You guys! You loved the last two weeks and we are so happy. Pizza seemed to be a real hit and I was so inspired by YOUR pictures, I made it again as well. Me and my Costco jar of roasted red peppers have made a LOT of muhummara… I may have officially burned my people out. This week, we’re simplifying a bit. There was a request for a basic, cooked chicken breast, so we’re doing that next to a brussles slaw. We’re making more pizza-ish things with a roasted cauli steak, repeating melissa’s tinga tacos (veg friends! maybe we could try jackfruit here?) and a simple smoothie. I’ve been putting granola or rice crisp cereal in my smoothies because I like to actually chew food, and my kids like them better this way as well.
