Happy Friday! All the memes not knowing what day it is feel very real. I’m losing track of when I last washed my hair or if the weekend means anything anymore? Everything has changed, and keeps changing rapidly in the grand scope of of country, but in my home, it feels like groundhogs day. I am grateful for health and food and that we have you all here. We are in fact, a very small business, and it is not lost on me that people are continuing to cook and use these recipes. It makes me so happy to see your photos!

We typically keep things pretty simple-ish around here, or at least balance the shorter and longer recipes each week. Another reminder that I am available to help you find swaps or make shortcuts. We will be adding more notes on alternatives within each recipe, but reach out if you need help! I just helped a member come up with a birthday cake recipe using exactly the 5 Tbsp. of butter she had in the fridge and doesn’t want to leave her NYC apartment. Here for you! I also want to remind you that you have cooked so much, your intuition and experience is to be trusted, and I believe you are equipt to make this time in history, within your homes, work out.

These shortbread bars are the best thing ever and this sheet pan sausage meal was a huge crowd favorite. Wishing you wellness!
