Week 87

Hey hey! Who needs a margarita? I have fresh grapefruits and there must be some lingering mint in the herb garden I've neglected. Cheers, my friend.

This week, we have a vegetarian soup that gifts and reheats well and that goes so well with some crispy croutons on top or a piece of toast. I know we do a lot of Tex-Mex and I promise I'll slow it down... after next week's tacos :) We're also revisiting a spring pasta that is simple and delicious. I am planning to make it tonight for our quarantine tradition of Fancy Friday (which I hope we keep even after we're free to do otherwise).

Hope you all are staying well and enjoying time in the kitchen. I've been so grateful for your notes and photos. Connection to others is the reason I enjoy cooking and this work, and I love seeing glimpses of your families and meals. Thank you!
