Hi friends. Do you need a hug? I wish we could all hang out on my porch and drink Mai Tai's. I didn't know we were Mai Tai people until this week of recipes to be honest, but minds can be changed! We're making a soba salad that has tons of veggies and saves for a few days so you can eat it for lunch or add some fresh salmon or roasty tofu bits. We needed a classic quiche (which my kids continue to request) on here, and the wraps would be perfect to take on a picnic or to beach days or deconstructed into salad or rice bowls if you wish.
